Glioblastoma (GBM) is an aggressive, high-grade glioma with a near-universally fatal prognosis. Therapeutic failure is often attributed to the highly selective blood brain barrier (BBB), the diffuse infiltrative nature of the tumor, and the marked intratumoral heterogeneity of GBM.
