<title>Abstract</title> <p>Background: Gray platelet syndrome (GPS) is an exceptionally rare inherited disorder of platelet α-granule deficiency, characterised by thrombocytopenia, qualitative platelet dysfunction, and an unpredictable haemorrhagic diathesis.
