<title>Abstract</title> <p><bold>Background</bold>Anaphylaxis is a severe systemic allergic reaction. Glucocorticoids rarely induce anaphylaxis. Determination of allergens includes the in vivo skin prick test (SPT) and intradermal skin test (IDST) and the in vitro basophil activation test (BAT).
