Drug sensitivity was studied for the tubulin inhibitors taxol, taxotere, rhizoxin and for doxorubucin and cisplatin, in human lung and breast cancer cell lines, including drug-selected cell lines, overexpressing the membrane transporter P-glycoprotein (Pgp) or the multidrug resistance protein (MRP).
