RNA transcribed from cloned satellite tobacco mosaic virus (STMV) cDNA replicated in Nicotiana benthamiana protoplasts when co-inoculated with tobacco mild green mosaic virus (TMGMV) genomic RNA, but degraded when inoculated alone.
