We investigated the structure and the expression of various oncogenes in three of the most common human bone tumors-osteosarcoma (36 samples from 34 patients), giant cell tumor (10 patients), and chondrosarcoma (18 patients)-in an attempt to identify the genetic alterations associated with these malignancies.
