Phosphatidylinositol synthase (CDP-1,2-diacyl-sn-glycerol: 3-phosphatidyltransferase, EC 2.7.8.11) catalyzes the formation of phosphatidylinositol and CMP from CDP-diacylglycerol and myo-inositol.
