Twenty-nine patients with severe aplastic anaemia (SAA) were submitted to bone marrow transplantation (BMT) and their immunological recovery analysed. Total lymphocyte counts, estimation of B lymphocytes, T lymphocytes and their subsets, natural-killer (NK) activity were performed.
