We investigated the mRNA expression of cytosolic protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTPH1), which has a homologous domain to cytoskeletal-associated proteins, in human hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs) by using reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).
