Several studies indicate that the cytoskeleton may be involved in modulating the cellular response to environmental signals. We have studied the role of the cytoskeleton in regulating glycosaminoglycan (GAG) synthesis and secretion, hyaluronate (HA) endocytosis, the activities of hexoglycosidases, protein synthesis and secretion.
