Single- and multicolor flow cytometry were used to define progenitor subsets in normal human bone marrow and peripheral blood, cord blood, and blood following mobilization of CD34+ progenitor cells by cyclophosphamide or cyclophosphamide/etoposide/G-CSF treatment.
