Clopidogrel therapy is recommended to prevent recurrent ischemic stroke. However, clopidogrel resistance exists. This study examines which enzymes are involved in clopidogrel resistance. The study group includes 402 neurology patients who had experienced a recurrent ischemic stroke while receiving clopidogrel monotherapy.
