The determinants of tumor mutation burden (TMB) in microsatellite-stable (MSS) colorectal cancer (CRC) remain unclear. This study examined the impact of clinical, environmental, and genomic factors on TMB in advanced CRC using comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP).
