Guanylate Cyclase Activating Protein 1 (GCAP1) and Retinal Degeneration Protein 3 (RD3) are key regulators of retinal guanylate cyclase 1 (GC1), whose dysregulation leads to inherited retinal dystrophies (IRDs).
