We established and characterized a novel human sinonasal adenosquamous carcinoma (ASC) cell line, TC717, derived from a 64-year-old, never-smoking woman. The patient received neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by total maxillectomy but succumbed to disease 6 months after therapy initiation.
