[Juvenile granulosa cell tumor with IDH1 gene somatic mutation: report of a case].

报道1例IDH1基因突变的成年女性卵巢幼年型粒层细胞瘤病例。患者足月产37周，外院行剖腹产手术，术中发现左附件肿瘤并予手术切除，术后诊断为幼年型粒层细胞瘤伴IDH1基因突变。患者24岁时发现双侧小腿粗细不等，外院X线及磁共振成像示左侧腿骨内多发异常改变。结合分子检测基因突变，考虑为Ollier病（多发性内生软骨瘤）。幼年型粒层细胞瘤伴Ollier病的患者罕见，本文报道1例卵巢幼年型粒层细胞瘤伴Ollier病的成人患者，旨在探讨卵巢幼年型粒层细胞瘤合并Ollier病的症状、治疗及发病机制。.
