Juvenile scleroderma (JS), comprising localized (JLSd) and systemic (JSSc) forms, is a rare autoimmune disorder. This study investigated associations of polymorphisms in extracellular matrix (MMP1, MMP9) and vascular homeostasis (NOS3) genes with JS risk and immunological phenotypes.
