Hypotrichosis-lymphedema-telangiectasia syndrome (HLTS) is a congenital disorder characterized by lymphedema, telangiectasia, and hypotrichosis or alopecia, caused by mutations in the SRY-related high-mobility group box (SOX) 18 gene.
