Gallbladder cancer (GBC) is a highly aggressive malignancy with dismal outcomes. To dissect its molecular characteristics and identify potential therapeutic avenues, we performed proteogenomic characterization of 195 tumors and 135 adjacent non-cancerous gallbladder tissues.
