OBJECTIVES: To develop patient-derived organoids (PDOs) using biopsied tissue of primary prostate cancer (PCa). METHODS: Fresh tumour tissues of PCa were obtained from patients who underwent targeted biopsy in our centre for the culture of PDOs.
