KRAS proto-oncogene, GTPase (KRAS)-liver kinase B1 (LKB1)-mutant (KL) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), characterized by a profoundly immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME), is highly resistant to immune checkpoint inhibitors.
