This study elucidates the mechanisms by which cancer-associated fibroblast (CAF)-derived platelet-derived growth factor C (PDGFC) promotes the progression of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) and explores the impact of PDGFC on immune regulation within the tumor microenvironment (TME).
