Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is a leading cause of cancer-related mortality. Poor prognostic results in LUAD are frequently associated with KRAS mutations and drug resistance. KRAS mutations can induce STING activation by triggering DNA damage response (DDR) activation.
