INTRODUCTION: Colorectal cancer (CRC), a global health concern, requires effective treatments. Anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (anti-EGFR) monoclonal antibodies are used for RAS wild-type and BRAFV600 mutation-negative metastatic CRC (mCRC) but are not indicated for RAS mutant CRC.
