PURPOSE: We aim to clarify the precise function of TGFβ1-activated kinase 1 (TAK1) in cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAF) within human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) by investigating its role in cytokine-mediated signaling pathways.
