DDX41 -associated cytopenia(s)/myeloid neoplasms ( DDX41 -C/MNs) are an emerging pathologic entity. We examined the hematopathologic findings in DDX41 -C/MNs with both a germline and somatic DDX41 mutation ( DDX41 -C/MNs-GS).
