OBJECTIVES: This study seeks to further characterize the clinicopathologic spectrum of DDX41-mutated hematolymphoid malignancies. METHODS: We identified DDX41 mutations from a cohort of known or suspected hematologic disorders and reviewed the corresponding clinical, genetic, phenotypic, and morphologic findings.
