Phaeochromocytomas and paragangliomas (PPGLs) are rare neuroendocrine tumours arising from chromaffin cells. Pathogenic variants in the gene succinate dehydrogenase subunit B (SDHB) are associated with malignancy and poor prognosis. When metastases arise, limited treatment options are available.
