BACKGROUND: KRAS mutations frequently occur in cancers, particularly pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, colorectal cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer. Although KRASG12C inhibitors have recently been approved, effective precision therapies have not yet been established for all KRAS-mutant cancers.
