ABSTRACT: The genomics era has facilitated the discovery of new genes that predispose individuals to bone marrow failure (BMF) and hematological malignancy (HM). We report the discovery of ETS-related gene (ERG), a novel, autosomal dominant BMF/HM predisposition gene.
