Two new aromatic tenvermectins (TVMs), 13-oleandrosyl-oleandrosyloxy ST906 (1) and aromatic TVM B (2), were isolated from the fermentation broth of Streptomyces avermitilis HU02-06. Their structures were established by extensive spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR and HRESIMS data.
