Epstein Barr Virus-positive mucocutaneous ulcer (EBVMCU) can be difficult to distinguish from EBV-positive diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). We used targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) to explore genetic alterations in EBVMCU to aid in this diagnostic challenge.
