Pseudoendocrine sarcoma (PES) is a recently described neoplasm typically arising in paravertebral soft tissues. Histologically, PES resembles well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors but lacks expression of epithelial/neuroendocrine markers, and most show aberrant nuclear β-catenin positivity.
