Reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels are elevated after acquisition of resistance to v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1 (BRAF) inhibitors including dabrafenib and MEK inhibitors such as trametinib in BRAF-mutant melanoma.
