The gasdermins (GSDM), a family of pore-forming proteins, consist of gasdermin A (GSDMA), gasdermin B (GSDMB), gasdermin C (GSDMC), gasdermin D (GSDMD), gasdermin E (GSDME) and DFNB59 (Pejvakin (PJVK)) in humans.
