Neuroblastoma (NBL) and medulloblastoma (MB) are aggressive pediatric cancers which can benefit from therapies targeting gangliosides. Therefore, we compared the ganglioside profile of 9 MB and 14 NBL samples by thin layer chromatography and mass spectrometry.
