Small cell cervical carcinoma (SCCC) is a rare but aggressive malignancy. Here, we report human papillomavirus features and genomic landscape in SCCC via high-throughput HPV captured sequencing, whole-genome sequencing, whole-transcriptome sequencing, and OncoScan microarrays.
