Tγδ large granular lymphocyte leukemia (LGLL) is a rare variant of T-cell LGLL (T-LGLL) that has been less investigated as compared with the more frequent Tαβ LGLL, particularly in terms of frequency of STAT3 and STAT5b mutations.
