Different psychiatric disorders share genetic relationships and pleiotropic loci to certain extent. We integrated and analyzed datasets related to major depressive disorder (MDD), bipolar disorder (BIP), and schizophrenia (SCZ) from the Psychiatric Genomics Consortium using multitrait analysis of genome-wide association analysis (MTAG).
