BACKGROUND: The allele frequency of 4 SNPs was evaluated in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and compared with healthy controls who had records in Tohid Hospital of Sanandaj. METHODS: This case-control study was performed on 100 T2DM patients and 100 healthy controls with matched gender and age.
