OBJECTIVE: The objective of this study was to identify genetic variants on the X-chromosome associated with Parkinson disease (PD) risk. METHODS: We performed an X-chromosome-wide association study (XWAS) of PD risk by meta-analyzing results from sex-stratified analyses.
