5-10% of total prostate cancer (PCa) cases are hereditary. Particularly, immune checkpoint inhibitor-sensitive tandem duplicator phenotype (TDP) accounts for 6.9% of PCa cases, whereas genetic susceptibility genes remain completely unknown.
