In this report, HLA polymorphisms (A, B, and DRB1 loci) were determined in 51 unrelated Filipinos. Molecular genotyping was carried out by sequence-based typing (Sanger sequencing). Data were analyzed by HLA-net GENE[RATE] tools. HLA-A, -B and -DRB1 genotype frequencies were at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
