PURPOSE: To establish the clinicopathological importance of serum p53 autoantibody (s-p53-Ab) titrations in patients with gastric cancer. METHODS: Preoperative s-p53-Ab titers were analyzed in 448 gastric cancer patients between 2010 and 2017.
