BACKGROUND: Emerging evidence suggests that STK11 mutations may influence clinical outcome and response to immunotherapy in cancer. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Next-generation targeted sequencing of STK11 mutation status in a large cohort of 188 meningiomas.
