Secretory carcinoma is a salivary gland tumor with a characteristic chromosomal translocation that results in an ETV6-NTRK3 fusion gene. Secretory carcinoma shows relatively frequent rates of lymph-node metastasis and tumor recurrence and has a characteristic histology.
