Forty-two individuals from the Gaza Strip were typed by Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) for HLA-A, -B, -C and -DRB1. Haplotypes were established by descent and only one haplotype was found to occur more than once; HLA-A*23:01 ~ B*41:01 ~ DRB1*07:01.
