Sulforaphane-N-acetyl-cysteine (SFN-NAC) is a potential drug to inhibit human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), but the underlying mechanisms are elusive. Here, we uncovered that SFN-NAC induced apoptosis via flow cytometer assay and transmission electron microscopy.
