Among 158 Candida glabrata bloodstream isolates collected from numerous centers in China, a resistance to fluconazole was seen in 8.9%. Three isolates (1.9%) were resistant to all echinocandins. Multilocus sequence typing (MLST) revealed that sequence type 7 ([ST7] 65.8%) was the most common type, followed by ST3 (7.6%).
