Purpose: Duligotuzumab is a dual-action antibody directed against EGFR and HER3.Experimental Design: Metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) patients with KRAS ex2 wild-type received duligotuzumab or cetuximab and FOLFIRI until progression or intolerable toxicity.
